  1. ORDER FIRST. Get in line first to order your food. Waiting for a friend? Have them meet you in line. Tables are constantly rotating. We promise there will be a seat open for you AFTER you order your food.
  2. SOUP. Soups are only served during LUNCH service. This includes our Pozole Verde (M, T, F, S only), Black Bean Soup (W only), Chipotle Chicken Garbanzo Bean Soup (TH only).  If you love our Pozole, you'll love our Chipotle Chicken Garbanzo Bean Soup. All of our soups are made in small batches and usually sell out around 2:45PM.
  3. OFF THE MENU. Many of our regulars add Pan Seared Pork Belly to their Quesadillas for lunch + dinner. Another favorite is adding our Grilled Achote Chicken to their Seasonal Salads + Quesadillas instead of our traditional Grilled Chicken Breast.
